Being a financial institution with 6 different locations and 14,845 members U.S. Employee O.C. FCU realized the importance and need for a reliable and efficient disaster recovery plan that would prevent disruptions in service and ensure their members were always able to access their important account information. The credit union was also hoping to reduce operating costs at both their main office and offsite disaster recovery site by consolidating their servers and implementing a virtual storage environment that would also streamline systems management and enhance application availability while offering optimal protection of mission-critical data.
